how can i do my makeup so thats its scene.
including eye makeup, face and lips.everything really.

Well for one - lots of bright colors, eye liner and heavy mascara.

Lots and lots of eye makeup! Eyeliner (liquid) and maybe false eyelashes too. Bright colour or glitter around eyelids.. In a 'im making a statement' kinda way. Big sunglasses! Piercings! I think rest of skin should just stay regular to pale.

Just your normal foundation will do, you don't have to white and pastey to be scene/emo. For your eyes, try some bright colors (black isn't all you can wear). Jewel tones are great, bright purple, reds, greens, and yes, even pinks! Creams work best. Just apply them from your lash line to the crease of your eye. And yes of course the eyeliner! For your top liquid or pencil is great, try either the classic black or a metalic liquid that matches your jewel tones, mixing and matching is encouraged! Just hold the out side corner of your eye and pull your lash line into a straight line, holding your liner as close to your lashes as possible, apply a thick line. Also apply a thick line of black liner to your bottom lash line. For your cheeks, light pink is best, but it's really no big deal. Smile and apply to the apple of your cheek and pull towards your temple in an upward sweeping motion. your lips, deep shades of red or a sheer pink gloss are great! Good luck! Hope this helps!
