i always find difficulty in waking up

when i always rest on my bed for 10 minutes , i always ended up sleeping for 4 or 5 hours

i can't seem to force my body n my brains to wake up , wat shld i do ??

I would also recommend talking to your dr about this to see if they can help you figure this out because some kinds of medical conditions can make it hard for people to stay awake or go to sleep.

Try to eat apple everyday atleast one per day n drink coffee too it 'll help you to stay awake. Do some exercises and befor sleeping just decide urself what time to wakeup or after what time u want to wake up. This also help u to wake up on or around that time. just try

set the alarm clock REALLY LOUD
