Jessica Rabbit is extremely sexy for a disney cartoon. And yes Roger Rabbit is a disney movie and if it isn't is should count because they have a ride at disneyland.

The Movie Roger Rabbit was made by Disney and a close Warner Bros. affiliate (Amblin, the folks who brought us all those great 90s cartoons) but inspired by Warner Bros. mostly and a mixture of MGM, Paramount, Fleischer and Universal Studio Cartoons and their characters(thus Mel Blanc's voice talent was involved in production).
So technically, it's a mixture of all the company's characters (mostly WB and Disney's), as they all created it.
