most probably through oral sex. I heard AIDS, or some other STD not sure, is highly transitted through oral sex. The thing is when you are giving oral sex to a woman you are going to get in full contact with her vaginal fluid where high concentration of HIV virus is present, and often times our mouth the inside part, or the tongue has bruses or scratches, so you do the math and you can contract AIDS.

Apparently not. This chart put out by the San Francisco city clinic says that performing and receiving oral sex on a woman only puts you at risk for herpes and possibly HPV. There have only been a very small number of documented cases where HIV has been passed on by oral sex and those were still inconclusive as to whether that was the mode of transmission.
High risk activities tend to include penile-vaginal penetration and anal penetration.

Are Lesbians at Risk of HIV?
I often hear, are lesbians really at risk for HIV and AIDS? What is the likelihood of transmission of the HIV virus from one female to another? Do lesbians really need to worry about safer sex?
Let's start with the basics. Anyone who is sexually active is at risk for HIV. Yes, female-to-female transmission of HIV is possible and it has happened. Unfortunately, to date there have not been many studies that have examined lesbian sexual acts and the transmission of HIV.

AIDS is transmitted through bodily fluids, so yes 2 women could get it from one another. Anytime you come into contacts with another persons bodily fluids there is a risk.
