are you willing to have a prosthetic placed on or within your body that would "enhance" you.
For example:
a chip for calculations and/or exteneded memory,
or a cell phone chip in your ear,
or infared vision in your retina,
or even legs that would allow you to jump and run better than ever?

what kind of social implications could this have on us?

I would get a new set of legs since my knees are killing me these days...that way the doc couldn't tell me I am not allowed to play sports or run...
