My boobs arent that big and people always say that they usually really starting getting fully developed around a year after your period...but the problem is i have had my period now for 2 and a half years...will they ever grow any more???

There is no defined moment when they stop growing. They could very well grow more.

As a specific example, when she was 16 my daughter complained about her size for the same reason, but she grew considerably after that, and since 18 she has needed a C bra.

Yes. Mine have been continuously growing, and i've had my period for five years. Girls stop growing in general when they are about 18.

they probably will not. However when you get pregnant and have a child they will get bigger. Enjoy what you have. The bigger the breast the bigger the backache.
