Do you have a car that has the light switch built into the blinker lever? Your fog light being burnt out should not affect your blinker system. Only if the blinker light goes out then it will flash fast to alert you. Now for the buzzing and solid light now.. It sounds like some sort of a short in the wires. And I'm guessing you do have the light switch built in the blinker and with all those wires jammed into that tiny lever.. in time they will rub and break away the plastic coat on the wires. Thus creating the short. And also guessing it that wire that controls the buzzer when your car is off and lights are still on is one of the wires that is shorting. Its complicated to repair. The "beeps" may be the motherboard signaling that there is a few thing in reality incorrect. I assume you jarred the memory loose or crashed the demanding rigidity. Unplug the gadget, get rid of the battery and open the RAM and MiniPCI panels to make effective the playing cards are seated outstanding. There would also be yet another RAM simm below the keyboard which may were knocked loose. fearful of digging into the bowels of your gadget? Get a specialist to assist.

By fog light, do you mean parking light?

Check the rear and make sure the rear bulb is also good. If it is then it might be the flasher relay down on the fuse block.

Go to a "Auto Zone" type store they can sell you the proper bulb, AND tell you what is the problem with the other light.
