Ive change the battery of the motherboard without result the problem remains. Any suggestions?

clear cmos with the jumper .. then load bios defaults ... set the time and other settings ...

It is rare, but some motherboards come with the "Clear CMOS" jumper in the "reset" position to save battery power. In this case the CMOS and clock will not get any power when the computer is turned off.

Double check the "Clear CMOS" jumper against what your motherboard manual says about the correct position. You can find your motherboard model number printed on your motherboard and Google for an on-line manual if you don't have one.
