When I think of poor Paris and that mean 'ole judge, it just brings tears to my eyes. 3 DUIs on a suspended licence isn't worth 45 days in prison! What is that judge smoking? Can't he see how this will destroy poor Paris? I can't help but to feel we are all to blame for this somehow. Maybe Paris will do the right thing and flee to Mexico and begin a protest movement that clears her slightly intoxicated name.

Good. It's about time that little slut learned that there are consequences for your stupid actions here in the real world. I'm sure this is just the start of a wonderful "legal career".

I think it will do her good to go to jail for 45 days. At least, it would if she was going to be treated like other inmates. I should imagine it will be a repeat of the J-Lo thing where her hairdresser & manicurist spent almost as long in jail as she did. Paris will just use this as a huge publicity stunt. Anything that puts her useless face on TV again.
She has the nerve to lay the blame on her publicist.
Was he driving? No
Did he force her to drive? No
If she had half a brain she would know that if you have no license you can't drive.

I live in Los Angeles. Paris had a DUI, and her deal was that she was supposed to not drive for four months. She was caught three times driving. Now, police don't randomly stop people, so there were good reasons why they caught her. I hope that after she gets out of jail, she takes driving lessons. She has absolutely no judgment when it comes to making left turns.

OMG. dude, priorities!! She is a spoiled princess! How about crying for the impoverished, the soldiers and innocencts dying in Iraq, the horrible injustices in this world? Poor little Paris will be just fine. Lend your emotions to a worthy cause!!

Yes, poor, poor Paris! what a shame! this beautiful, pretty, intelligent woman having to go to jail for such an unjust crime! What a tragedy! Not!

She's a bloody fookin' idiot, and though the judge is probably making an example of her, I kind of like the message that is being sent out- being blonde, rich, and pretty, and being america's little darling, does NOT allow you to be above the law.

specific, severe sentences might nicely be voided as violating the 8th modification provisions. yet in basic terms the place the sentence is for a single crime. if so, it grew to become into distinctive distinctive convictions, each and each of which carried a needed minimum sentence that itself does no longer be severe under the 8th modification. Or placed yet in a distinctive way -- the 8th modification in basic terms protects you against a single large boulder, no longer an avalanche of pebbles.
