Hum... Are you sure that people would want to be served food and drinks by street urchins with dirty hands?
It would be easier to find workers, though... None of that high school entry level junk... May be a good business proposition.
It could be a whole new campaign for ending prejudices against street urchins! The celebrities will trip over each other trying to catch the band wagon with a running leap!
