There is a natural supplement called acidophilus. It is live healthy bacteria. A yeast infection is an overgrowth of unhealthy bacteria. By taking acidophilus you will be balancing out the bacteria in your body thus correcting the problem. There are many different kinds to buy. The best ones are the ones that contain a billion live cells there are lesser amounts but the benefits are better with the billion cells. They comes in capsules or you may be able to find it in a liquid in the refrigerators in your local health food store. They can be taken daily same as you would a vitamin. When I have had yeast infections I find that two billion cell capsules 3 times a day help me, as it clears up I start to reduce to 1, 3 times a day. When I am sure it is gone I stop taking them. Since this has been a problem since your youth you may want to continue 1 a day to keep a healthy balance of bacteria. Look it up on the web, it is all available.

I do know that yeast infections happen because the good bacteria in there is somehow being killed off, making your special place just that much more vunerable. try maybe douche just once. or just clean yourself but not too much as cleaning too much may also kill off the bacteria that helps your defenses. try also walking around naked so that you can allow yourself to breathe, sort of, down there. y'kno sometimes all we need is a lil fresh air. hee! but really it does help.

wow what a sensitive subject. thats about all i know. i hope i helped!

I get lactobacillus capsules from my supplement store and insert one daily into my vagina, the lactobacillus eats the yeast.
