On log in the screen displays: Smartbridge alerts,bt help notifier.exe entry point not found

SmartBridge is distributing an old version of PSAPI.DLL. As a result, users may receive the following error message after installation of Internet Explore 7 Beta 2:
SmartBridge Alerts:-Alert BT Help Notifier.exe Entry Point Not Found
The procedure entry point GetProcessImageFileNameW could not be located in the dynamic link library PSAPI.DLL
To work around this error:
1. Navigate to the installation location for SmartBridge via My Computer (\Program Files\Alert BT Help Notifier.exe
2. Find PSAPI.DLL and rename it to something like PSAPIOLD.DLL
3. Reboot the system
The program will find the new PSAPI.DLL in the \Windows\System32 directory and function normally.

I had this & deleted IE7 I`d just installed. Back to 6.
Its fine now

i think it cant find that file to open the program up. the best way to correct this is to unstall the software and re-install it.

Uninstall the software and try to reinstall it again.
