and I am just wondering how long I would need to wait before trying to conceive.Do I need to wait weeks,months...does anyone know?

My main concern is the anesthesia they gave me and the pain medication I was taking...

Ask your doc at your post-op follow up appointment. If you've already had that appointment, just call his/her office and ask. They'd be happy to answer that question for you.
If everything went well with your surgery and from a post-op perspective you're doing well, you could probably start "practicing"...if ya know what I mean? You're body won't start "changing" for several months anyway. You'll be fine.

specific, it somewhat is totally accepted, except you notice severe redness or pus, that can point out an infection on the region. It takes a important length of time to recover from gall bladder surgical treatment.

Depends, was it open surgery or key hole surgery ? if it was open wait a few months, as you had major surgery, if it was keyhole would think youd be ok now, but on both counts check with your gp

Give yourself about a month to heal. That surgery is pretty non-evasive & you heal quickly.
I had mine out March 1st and healed up beautifully!

Ask the doctor or the surgeon who did the surgery. You should ask him/her at your follow-up appointment.

I would wait until your wounds are all healed up, then whenever you feel ready go for it.
