No, because polygamy has nothing to do with true love. If you truly love someone, you will be CRAZY about them, and you will only want the one you're with. Notice how I don't say ''ones''.

No. If he loved me he wouldn't be interested in taking another wife in the first place. I (and probably most women) need love and companionship with my husband. With five children and his job I don't see enough of him as it is! For him to say that he loved me but wanted another wife would be purely selfish and unloving and would prove that he didn't love me at all. (1 Cor.13) - Love is not selfish! I'm so lucky to have a wonderful husband that really loves me and is perfectly content with me for a wife!

Yes sweetheart.
As long as it makes you happy, I am okay with it (not that you would need my approval master).
Men are the natural leaders and whatever they say goes!
If you want more than one wife I will gladly welcome the others in to our family!
XOXO

No way.

Anyone here seen the TV show "Big Love"? Perfect example of how having two or more wives can make life hell. :)

Absolutely not.

So, Sandstorm, as long as your woman loved you, would you be okay with her having a second husband?

No!! If you love someone you don't want to share that person and you don't want to share yourself with others. You should spend all your energy working on your relationship with your partner, rather then waisting your time entertaining others!!

yeah but the thing is how do you know he really loves you it could all be just an act and he's just using you it's hard to tell people's motives these days! its much easier to trust and as a result to love when there's just one i guess
