I speak not of taxes, but WAGES. The people who run corporations seek to minimize wages. And REAL Republicans are the people who run corporations.

You nailed it. They'll never understand how the wealthy Republican power brokers take money out of their pockets by throwing them scraps to calm their baseless fears.
The rich laugh at them all the way to the bank. Seriously, it's a tragedy. Their lives could be so much better.

NO NO NO!!! The economy has expanded under every recent US Republican President, with the exception of Bush 41, who let a Democratically controlled congress talk him into a tax hike. He paid for it, by losing his reelection bid to Bubba in spectacular fashion.
That's not to say that the GOP is wholesale better than the Dems, but at least you have a chance of being represented without being a minority or special interest group.
Another way of asking your question might be "Do lazy, welfare receiving, jobless, criminal loving, cowardly liberals vote for a free handout when they vote for Democrats?"

The Democratic tax bill coming will actually move 5 million working poor back onto the tax rolls, then why does the left say they support them but give them a smaller pay check...are they only for votes...
The central provisions of these landmark tax bills are scheduled to expire over the next five years, which means that taxes will rise dramatically for most taxpayers. Between now and January 1, 2011 (five short years away),
Tax rates will rise substantially in each tax bracket, some by 450 basis points;
Low-income taxpayers will see the 10-percent tax bracket disappear, and they will have to pay taxes at the 15-percent rate;
Married taxpayers will see the marriage penalty return;
Taxpayers with children will lose 50 percent of their child tax credits;
Taxes on dividends will increase beginning on January 1, 2009;
Taxes on capital gains will increase, also beginning on January 1, 2009; and
Federal death taxes will come back to life in 2011, after fading down to nothing in 2010.

What kind of nut question is this? If you think the Republicans are responsible for higher taxes you need to take your head out of the sand and read a newspaper or something. Pay attention to Queen Hilary the next time you get a chance. She has already said she will raise taxes if she is elected. She didn't say maybe , she said she WILL.

You are closed minded. Very stereotypical. Conservatives are not Racists.....
There are Racists on every side of the political party's.
Just because we want to keep your right to own a gun if you choose to doesn't make us Gun nuts. and there is nothing wrong with people who are pro-life. Just because they don't believe in abortion doesn't mean they are bad people.
Your statement is not a question, its a statement, and a very rude statement. you dont have anything backing it up anyways.

It's easy to keep taxes low when you run up a huge national debt. I remember when we were actually in the black financially as a country, but that was under the president who lied about a bj so he was BAD, BAD, BAD!!

Generally, no. Single-issue voters like the anti-choice crowd tend not to worry about anything beyond what how candidates stand on that one issue.

Just compare Fed Income tax rates from the 90's under Clinton to the rates after Bush and the repubs lowered them.
