Here's a picture of a female carrying eggs

Danios are an egg-laying breed of fish. The female will deposit her eggs in the gravel, then the male will swim over them to fertilize. It is not possible for your danios to be pregnant. It is possible for the females to fatten up with a load of eggs just before spawning.
