Windows Movie maker can join them (if you are looking for a free program), which your computer should have if you have XP or Vista..
Tmpeg, Riva, and a few others make editors that can join multiple formats, as well as convert them

I would guess you probably could do that using Windows Movie Maker or something similar to that in order to combine them.
