hmm..... what if actually thought hendrix was the best? fortunately i don't though.....

it's a tough decision....... since its now opinionated with hendrix out, i'm going with trent reznor of nine inch nails. sure, he doesn't play the riffs live (until recently), but he does come up with them all. march of the pigs, the wretched, and a ton of other impressive riffs that are overshadowed by the constant noise in most nin songs.
