Take a break and sit in the sun, go online for 15 minutes, go to my car and listen to the radio or cds, go for a brisk walk, check the supply cabinet and rearrange it. If my work is something I can continue later, I go around and ask co-workers if they need help with their projects. Good luck and God Bless!

replace work with school... I take a book out to read or I think about getting onto Answers later on in the afternoon. If I were at work, I'd be reminiscing my childhood days...

I start catching up on filing. There is always filing that has to be done. And it makes the day go by real fast.
