I still wear my Doc sandals....never had any of the other kinds. I know that some of the guys my hubby works with wear them with a steel toe.

Yes - esp. in urban areas.
Doc Martens are still very popular w/ Goths and punk rockers.

heck yeah!!! i have 4 pair, & one of them i`ve had for about 7 years now, & they still look & feel great!!! docs never go out of style!!!
