dance lessons in east bay?

I want to take some ballroom dance lessons with my boyfriend, but I don't want some overpriced, poorly maintained dance studio. any suggestions?

East Bay of what sea? There is more than one East Bay....
In case it is East Bay near Oakland, CA try Allegro or Just Dance. Both studios are good.
