in evolution. Not too surprising, but did it surprise you that over half of them raised their hands when asked if they thought the world was flat?

It is possible that they came by their views through natural selection based on the whole evolution bypassing them

I was surprised that 7 claimed to believe in evolution. I suspect that 6 of those 7 don't know what evolution is (random variation & natural selection of those individuals with genes that make them fittest to procreate in a given environment) or any of the evidence in favor of it.

Ron Paul, who is a medical doctor, probably understands evolution.

Can you prove Evolution? No, that's why it's a theory. Unlike the Law of gravity, which can be proven.

Since it can't be proven, it is a matter of faith. So what does it matter if they believe in God or Evolution?

There are morons among us that believe 9/11 was a Bush plot. Why not riducule them for beliefs that can be proven wrong?

Evolution is not fact, it has many very large holes in the theory. Perhaps you should go back to school and read about it.

To bad that you couldn't understand the question, then
you could have raised your hand and then denied doing it.

I believe that we were created by God and that we come
from God, but I also think that God allowed some form
of evolution so the world would have some STUPID people
to make up stories and then ask them on Yahoo Answers

The reason you are all getting so pissy is because the analogy is fair, and proves how ridiculous this is. No evolution is not a fact, but it is a well substantiated theory. Even in Islam, I know you Conservatives have no respect for it, they believe in Evolution and the 'Big Bang' Theory intiatied by God. This whole debate is ridiciulous, you can believe in God and evolution but guys, they have FOSSILS to PROVE SPEICIES HAVE CHANGED AND EVOLVED OVER TIME. They have fossils to prove animals have adapted to their environment and those who couldn't have gone extinct. They have fossils that prove there are primate anscestors to man, who decided to walk upright (Lucy in Africa) and eventually led to us getting so damn smart. We share 95-99% of our DNA with primate speicies. You all dont trust science but you trust in war.

Okay, once more, and pay attention this time:

Facts are things that really happened.

Fantasies are things that did not happen.

Don't confuse the two, and don't talk about both in the same sentence.

Whatever, but I feel that once we really start to alienate ourselves from God, no matter what aspects all of us specifically believe in, then our Country will be more of a downward spiral than we already are.

You MUST be a liberal, because only a lib would see something that never happened so they could try and stir the pot some more. Shame on you for trying to mislead someone.
