Am thinking maybe its cheaper than Hawaii or Thailand for a honeymoon as Alcohol is not really needed..

Sorry when I do not answer your question properly, but you mentioned your honeymoon. What's about Abu Dhabi? Did you ever have a look at the Emirates Palace? Here you can take a virtual tour, enjoy:

Sure, Dubai is a visit worth and has some nice places to offer, but has also many big consruction sides and to go around there is much more expensive than in Abu Dhabi. Every hotel offers trips to Dubai (1,5 hours away) and of course you should visit the malls and other places. But what ever you want to buy you will also get in Abu Dhabi.

If you are looking for a luxurious beach hotel in Dubai, go for Jumeirah Beach Hotel. This hotel is not much expensive like Burj Al-Arab.

Most luxurious? The Burj Al Arab hotel self-proclaimed 7 star hotel. I wouldn't call it cheap.

all seashores in dubai are simle ..... no luxuries are available right here . for ultimate centers u ought to bypass to any of the 5 or above megastar inns who've direct get admission to to sea coast .. yet no longer withstanding ur classification of luxurious , jumeira is the only long endless sea coast in dubai ..

Toushka - go to the 'Burj Al Arab'!
I am going there for my honeymoon. I also have family living in Dubai, so know for sure that it is the best place.

Burj al Arab for sure..........but if you were thinking about an non expensive honeymoon.....then forget it.
It's too much expensive and is one of the most....if not the most....luxurious all over the whole world.
