Refer to a color wheel. You can wear a set of 2 primary colors
[ red/yellow, yellow/blue, blue/red ]. Any of these will also coordinate with shades of white, black, or brown.
Contrasting colors would be red with [ the opposite on the color wheel ], green; yellow/purple, blue/orange.
Complementary colors would be adjacent on the color wheel;
red/orange or red/purple; yellow/orange or yellow/green; and blue/green or blue/purple.
Conservative FOLs [ fat old ladies ] like me wear one main color with 1 or 2 accents. I wear bright red [ high energy color]on days I take tests, and blue or people [ calm,cool ] on days I know will be stressful.
Girls/teens/young people should go for any combo that makes you feel good!
