I'm not a vegetarian but over the last few years I have reduced my meat consumption and feel a lot better for it. I feel you have to have a little meat but we here in the U.S. eat waaaaaaaaaaaaaaay too much. I'm not so much concerned for the animal's health--it's the human's health I care about. When I eat too much meat I feel heavy and sluggish, I gain weight easier and, believe it or not, my skin is flakier; like dandruff and stuff.

Now and again I go through a vegetarian phase, but I always go back to eating meat, especially chicken and turkey.

Yes- I worked as a butcher for three years and you'd be a vegetarian too if you ever worked as one.

No, I eat fish regularly and rarely but sometimes other meats. I used to be a strict vegetarian and my older son is (his choice).

I am a vegetarian. Why do people eat animals for protein when they have other foods that aren't meat with protein in them, too? I WOULDN'T BE SURPRISED IF I SAW A DOG ON YOUR PLATE!!
