Don't be so hard on yourself. I think many high schoolers (I am assuming you are in HS- I am not certain) have skipped school at least once or twice. I am the rare exception in that I never just skipped next period. But, maybe I should have. Maybe I should have been less serious in high school and did something a little out of character. I was always too frightened and tense to do anything like that. School is almost over. There is not much that can happen to you, as far as punishments go. And if you are a good student, hardly anyone even cares. Teachers and principals are more concerned about those that are doing drugs, drinking, skipping every day, causing trouble in the classroom, and failing out. So, look at it as LIVING. And just enjoy your day off. Listen to music, surf the net, write in your journal, read a book, do whatever it is that brings you peace and happiness. You are only young once.

That's interesting. Maybe tests do hypnotize you O_o
Just sleep. You'll wake up to ask yourself why the hell you left.
You shouldn't be feeling SO bad, because you said that you never just leave, so it doesn't happen often, and that it was 3 hours long. Remember that it's more of a simple mistake, not a regret for the rest of forever.

You just needed a mental health break-relax. Guilt is pretty much a useless emotion, it changes nothing!
Enjoy the rest of the day-life is too short to be so hard on yourself.

The solution to this problem is to achieve balance in one's life. To limit one's life to one area of knowledge can be a serious drawback to true success. A balanced life is one that is diversified, one that involves a number of wholesome and worthwhile experiences. While it may be good to be outstanding in one area of expertise, one may find himself completely out of touch with everything else and can easily lack any social graces. A man is not an island to himself. Success in life includes balanced socializing.

Just remember it was just a small part of your journey. Relax and welcome the next things yet to come on your way. That's nothing to be worried about.

Well if you feel bad about it it's probably because you knew you weren't suppose to do it. Maybe you would feel better if you told someone about it.
