The likes of Halle Berry and Beyoncé don't count in answers to this question because they are of mixed parentage. But I'm not saying that they are not beautiful.

She's not quite a woman just yet, but I think that Camille Winbush is absolutely gorgeous and will blossom into a rare beauty. It's nice to see that darker skinned black women are getting notoriety, since most of the standard for beauty in black women is way too close to what is considered ideal for white women in my opinion, especially in Hollywood and the media.

While there are many beautiful African American woman that would be considered the most beautiful in the world set by todays standards, You have your Beyonce, Halle Berry and Vanessa Williams.
While they all can be considered " the most beautiful" title, I have to give the number one spot to Ms. Lena Horne. This woman has been beautiful all of MY life. While I have seen the above mentioned women have a "bad" day when it came to looks, i can't say that I have ever see Lena in a "bad" Looking picture. Even in her older days. Beauty is timeless with her.
Below I will leave a link where you can see some photos of her in her youth and she beats all of the above hands down. Not to mention the fact that in the public eye as a figure of notoriety she has always conducted herself beautifully.

plz dont say Hallie Berry its typical cuz not many known actresses/women are black women ..... and the first thing ppl think of is Halle Berry she not even all black and she dont want to be. The most beautiful to me would be Rosario Dawson but shes a stuck up biatch and mixed...... so no one yet.
