It really was a life-long dream, until a friend of mine purchased the 500 SUV. It has been in the shop more than he has driven it over the last 4 years. There is no chance I am going to pay a premium on a product that is not engineered properly any longer.
I have driven my Nissan for 8 years now and spent less than 3,500 on maintenance total. Total Cost of Ownership, that is what you need to look at, and that is why I will never drive one.

Because I don't OWN a Mercedes. So in order to drive one, I'd have to steal it. And, not being an experienced car thief, I would probably get caught and go to jail. Then I'd probably lose my job, and eventually my house, because nobody else would pay all my debts. Then when I got out of prison, I'd probably become a prostitutte and/or crack dealer to support myself Then I'd probably get busted again, sent back to prison. Eventually I'd die a pathetic, lonely old crack w hore. It's just not worth it.

Because I'm just pretending to be poor. That's all. At any moment I could produce 30 Mercedes if I wanted to. Thanks for asking.

They are too expensive to fix and they do break often. In addition, if I were going to blw that much money on a German car, I'd buy a BMW....way cooler

I do actually, a great ride. But it is the "family vehicle" which means it is a wagon. Not my first pick, but space was an issue.

Because I don't need or want a fancy car. I'm happy with my SUV because it's the most practical vehicle for me.
