Yes - it is because the vitamin A builds up in your system but you'd have to eat an enormous amount of carrots or drink a lot of pure carrot juice. (This is really, really hard to do. Most people cannot consume that much over such a short period of time.)

You can also get a jaundiced looking eye by taking too much vitamin A supplements.

Carrot eye drops I heard in Mexico about it. The problem is all you can find is carrot seed oil not good for the eyes. Fresh carrot juice drops do lighten the eyes by blocking melanin. That with astaxanthin pills. There are other drops on the internet like honey drops. Of course nothing is going to work for everyone just like aspirin does not work on every headache. It has worked for a few. you need fresh carrot juice it can keep for a few days.

Specifically, they improve your sight in the dark. And if you eat enough of them they can change the color of your skin, but it's a really large amount. I don't know if they'd eventually change your eyes, but I'm also not so sure if you want to eat that many carrots...

No, they won't change your eye color. They may change your eyesight because carrots contain vitamin A, which helps your eyesight but that will not change your eye color. Eye colors are completly independent if you would like to change you eye color you need color contacts.

lol, I never heard of such thing, but I'll tell you what I know. Carrot contains a good amount of Vitamin A, which is one of the important nutrient helps improve your vision. It has to do with the process of cell converting light into nerve signal in your brain...blah blah.
