Yea Paris should do jail time. If it were an ordinary and average person who violated their probation they would be in jail at the drop of a hat. I dont give a flying fig about Paris fame and celebrity she isnt above the law. Its for everyone to abide by. Paris violated her probation and deserves jail time just like any other person who breaks the law. Thats whats wrong now with famous people they thinks they could get away with anything cause of their fame and wealth. A bunch of spoiled brats is what they are. They needs to be treated just like the average and ordinary person who breaks the law

She's a spoiled rich brat, who broke the law 3 times. She was given a warning in January that she signed. Heck yeah she should go to jail and her mom she go with her just for her entitlement issues. Just because you're rich doesn't mean you can break the law, show up late for court and not face some sort of jail time for it. She's lucky they didn't put out a bench warrant for her arrest when she was late. That's what happens in most courts.

yes,she is lucky its only 45 days it could have been 90.also they are still babying her anyone else would have been carted off to start their sentence right away not wait till june 5th.she needs to grow up and accept responsibility which she still hasnt done.she is now blaming her publicist and has fired him, how lame.and can you believe the disrespect her mom showed in court by laughing and thinking her child should get away with more bad behavior and can break the law and never suffer any consequences? being rich or even stupid is no excuse for breaking the law.good for you judge! maybe paris will have to realize she is not better than anyone else just richer and thats all!

She ought to do the time... often inhabitants! She has no theory of what genuine existence is like and consistent with hazard if she have been to spend 40 5 days with different human beings, she may be able to be a sprint extra humble whilst she gets out. i think of that she is getting specific accomodations by potential of being separated. Heck, doing 40 5 days on your individual cellular isn't lots punishment. My philosophy is do not do the crime in case you won't be able to do the time. She would not have been out with a suspended license. i think of for a below the impact of alcohol using probation violation she is getting off undemanding. it is probable the only thank you to coach her the severity of her strikes.

She committed a crime, right? So yes, of course she should do time! But i heard that that's the same place Michelle Rodrigues was sent and instead of serving her sentence (I forget how long), she was released after 2 hours! The rich get away with too much!

The judge thought so. Sounds good to me. I am not sure what she did, but the judge said "jail time for you, Paris.'

Each one of us should be accountable for our actions, so yes.
She signed a paper stating that she understands the terms of her probation. So the fact that her excuse was, "I don't read anything I sign" is a cop-out and she should go to jail for violating her probation.

the law is the law....if we made the same mistake and showed up 20 minutes late laughing and joking around in the judges courtroom we would go to jail too. having money is no excuse for disreguarding the law.
