I think all punks rock. No matter their race, gender, age, etc. And if rocker girls look at you like you're a poser, THEY are the posers if the call themselves punks. That's not what it's about.

Whatever you personal style is you have to rock it with confidence. Don't worry about the looks. People may not understand it but you have to dress in a way that makes you feel comfortable. I think you should be aware that punk rockers scare some people so you have be ready to educate them.

If you are happy with yourself.....who cares what "we" think? I am sometimes surprised by "people" in general, not by the color of their skin...if I saw you and you stood out, I would probably be looking just because of what you were wearing, NOT because you are a "black punk rocker girl".
Do "you" and don't worry about the looks you get.

im not really into the punk look myself....but i think that its cool that your being how u wanna be...i wouldnt change just cuz your getting nasty looks. i dont think ive seen any black punk rockers...so i do think its cool ...stay how u want!

lol, life is tough and you will always get the lookers but if ur worried about what they think than ur not happy with what ur doing, in my opinion i hate for a girl to look all guyish, i think a girl should look like a girl and well dressed up, but for u you need to stop worrying about them cuz they are posers themselves

i'm half black so don't take this the wrong way but when i see a black girl bein a rocker/punk , it seems like she'd look more natural as maybe a hip hop fan and i know thats a generalization of a lot of black people but if u r a honest to god ponk rocker than be dat.

hell yeah !!!!!!!! let them give you mean looks. people are scared of you cause your unique and most people are so small minded and i'm sure they have never seen too many black,punk chics
