I hope not! It would leave you open to fraud.

When you buy something online or over the phone, the merchant is charged a higher rate ("card not present") than if you went into a store.

If you could do it through online banking perhaps. If not, you could show your license and give them the number and they may do it. I would personally just file for a lost cardand get a new one prior to doing it if it was not an emergency, that way you'd have it. Good luck!

You could if it is linked to your bank card.

Hopefully you just have the card in a safe place and haven't lost it; if it is lost, you should cancel it immediately.

Probably not. If you have an account there, though, all you need is your ID and the account number.
