I would use the Monistat Ovule or any product by Monisate. They all work very well.
One way to avoid a yest infection is if you are taking antibiotics to eat yogurt why you are on them. Sometimes antibiotics can cause yest infections.

The best product to use would be vagisil . you can get it at a local drug store =) like shoppers drug mart or SOMETHING lol or a food store
