I have quite severe PMS, but it seems the week before my period, my PMS symptoms change daily. For instance, Saturday I was very depressed, then Sunday I wasn't depressed but was very irritable and restless, then today I am nauseous and dizzy. Then another day I'll have anxiety and feel out of control. It seems every month my PMS is like this. Does anyone else have it like this with their PMS, or know why. Thanks.

Hormones, try taking evening primrose everyday for a month and see if it helps.

The main reason is because of changing hormones. Some days you can be really angry, depressed, anxious but this is caused by hormone levels fluctuating as you prepare for your menstrual cycle

It sounds like maybe your hormones are off balance. I mean, everyone gets like that during their menstrual cycle but yours may be abnormally off balance. Ya know? You should have a chat with your gynecologist
