I had to give a urine sample for a pregnancy test/ drug test. I was told to wear a tampon during the test. Why did i have to wear a tampon?

that is indeed strange... hopefully your doctor is not a quack....then again I don't know maybe he had a good reason for it. Ask him why he made you do that. Maybe you should try another doc and see what he/she has to say. That is something I have never heard of before. Good luck with your pregnancy.

honestly, i have never heard of that! i don't know what the purpose would be...very odd...you should ask the dr.
