Yes, although it is incredibly rarely encountered in nature. Usually, it is created in particle accelerators.

I believe in a dualistic universe....a universe of cause and effect caused by the potential difference in things. Everywhere you look there is potential difference. Hot and cold, positive voltage and negative voltage, the plus of a magnet, the negative of a magnet, matter and its counterpart, energy. Remember, E=mc squared which, when converted is m=E/c. Protons have a positve charge and electrons a negative charge.....a potential difference allows the creation of matter. Since one of the characteristics of the universe is dualism, at least in my thinking, there is no logical reason not to believe that matter of opposite charge does not exist....negative protons and positive electrons. I think that scientists have already observed anti matter in their atom smashing experiments.

as far as I know it is true . There has been several happenings that point to that as possible but take with a little salt and weight and see.
