ok.. so here´s the deal
1.I have always been really smart and responsible, and suddenly I started failing a lot because I couldn´t do my homework, I really really can´t concentrate. I´ve tried. And what I do do comes out wrong!.
2. My family always compares me with my brother, and at last I had an opportunity to show my parents and all of them that I´m intelligent too, but I didn´t pass to the next stage of a competition, only to the first one. I´m sure I could have passed!!!! and won even, but I got so distracted.
3. I´m seriously in love, I´ve tried and CAN´T forget him and I´ve tried to do other things to get my mind of it but I can´t.

As u see, love, family and school are all at stake here.
Please, what can I do to make things right again?! this is all happening because of my love.. he dosen´t love me back, but I feel as if we were meant for each other like Romeo and Julliett, I know SOMEDAY he´ll take notice of me, but right now he has a GF.
I´m done for.

Why are you running after a person who is not even noticing you? what is important for you?, your life, family and your career or a stupid teenage love? Don't forget that he has a girlfriend and because of him you are getting distracted from your studies. Are you still waiting for 'someday' ,thinking that he will notice you?? you will surely get a guy who is truthful to you once you make a career. Believe me, at the peak of your career, this guy himself will come after you, 'if' he is your true love ,but right now forget about him and concentrate on your work. You have a greater responsibility as a sister, a daughter and as a student ,rather than thinking about a puppy love.

First off Romeo and Juliett loved each other from the start. What you seem to have is a series crush on someone. It is hard to have one of these especially when all you can do is watch the one you like so much with someone else. Don't waste your life waiting around for someone who doesn't have the same feelings for you. As you already know it can completely mess your life up. Try harder to focus on your school work and family and try forgetting about your crush. Trust me some day there will be a guy out there who has a crush on you too and then that is when you can say that you are like Romeo and Juliette. Hey, if you stop focusing so much on this guy you might come to realize that there may already be someone else out there for you.

First of all take a deep breath and relax. Your world is not coming to an end even though it may seem like it. First thing is first. Dont worry about the guy who has a girlfriend right now. You need to worry about your grades and family bc they are way more important than a boy. Talk to your teachers about extra credit or making some work up to bring up your grades. Being compared to your sibling sucks. I am 26 and still go through it! Just know that deep down they love you to and sometimes they think they are giving you construtive critisim but to you its being compared to your brother. Take care of the things you can control and once all of it starts settling down everything will fall into place.

It's tough being a teenager. We all remember the tremendously intense feelings; it's those darned hormones! Beth M. is right - try to calm down; it seems terribly important right now, and it is, but you'll get past the distraction and these wild feelings of infatuation. Talk to your parents - they were teenagers too, remember, and they will very likely hang in there with you while you sort things out. It's hard when you're always being compared to someone else, too. That's pretty normal, but it doesn't make it any easier to take. You're going to find your own skills and talents, and you're going to find plenty of boys that care for you. Just hang in there, and try to ride out these waves; it gets easier! And for what it's worth, wait until you have infatuations in your twenties - then it's a whole lot more fun and wonderful than it is now, I guarantee it!

You have to forget this guy.

The great guys in this world, the John F. Kennedy Jr. educated, handsome, wealthy guys are in high demand.

The place for you to meet these guys is in college where you know everyone is ambitious and intelligent.

The best love comes to those that are confident and independent.

The only way to be confident and independent is to do well in school and take pride in your accomplishments.

Make school a priority and forget what your brother is doing. You are two different people. Find what you love and what you are good at --- shine at that. Do not try to fight him in his own field.

Be your own person! Life is long and you need a strong, stable foundation to enjoy it to its fullest!

Romeo and Juliet were fools. Move on.

1. If you seriously can't concentrate then you may have ADD of ADHD...or something like that. But it is a common disorder that cause you to have difficulty concerntrating. And you can get you parents to check your homework, and you could talk to your teachers.
2. Go straight up to you parents and tell themyou are an individual and don't wan to be compared with your brother.
3. I don't know what to say. You could try to break them up it may be mean, but if you are positive that you love him, then it's worth a shot. But think about this, are you just angry at your parents? Then maybe you're thinking that you need someone to tell these things to, and you are relying on your ex.

She's rigt. A 12 year old girl got kidnapped in my town by meeting someone online. Thank god we have her now, I'm 10 and my parents were very cautious about me being on the Internet after that andbeing alone outside. Just listen to her. The pictures could be fake.

you sound like a young lady with WAY TOO MUCH pressure put on herself... NO ONE should be comparing you to your brother--you are YOU---unique unto yourself---you have your own strengths and weaknesses, you have your own individuality, you are NOT an EXTA PIECE of your BROTHER---you are YOU.... you have NOTHING to prove to ANYONE, not your parents, not your brother nor ANY of your relatives or friends---ONLY TO YOURSELF.... if you are out there doing the best you can do and KNOW it's the best, then you have NOTHING to be ashamed of-----EVERYONE has times in their lives when someTHING or someONE distracts their train of thought---the trick is, (especially since you said this boy does not reciprocate your feelings)...you have to just decide that you are going to get him out of your head and put your school work back IN---it is almost the end of another school year and you can have the entire SUMMER to dream about this or any other boy---and he WON'T BE THE LAST BOY in your heart!!!!! Just try to be the BEST YOU that YOU CAN BE and tell the others you are NOT your brother, you are YOU and want to be treated as YOU.....the rest will all follow in time---but you HAVE to get yourself back on the study and do well in school track... or as well as you CAN....

You are only fooling yourself if you think that he will change. If he doesn't want you now, that's his loss. You have too much to live for and believe me there are others out there. It just hurts because it's in the moment, but time does heal such a hurt.

Forget about him and move on with your life, and I know it doesn't sound easy, but it is what is best for you...not someone else (without trying to sound selfish).

Look out for yourself and everything else will follow.

you need to get some counseling and quit living in a fantasy world and accept reality.Hurt heal and MOVE on. I know it hurts when you love someone and they dont love you, but to say you just KNOW that one day they will is not fact but hope based on fantasy and emotion. The fact is you do NOT know that he will ever feel different and also when a person is not romantically intrested in a person, they usually never are.You have enough wits about you to KNOW whats at stake, (except for the love part, its non existant on his part). Its time to grow up hon and it isnt easy and a lot of times painfull.
