If your battery is charge up you might have a bad connection to your battery. The next time you get it running unplug the negative battery wire wile the engine is running, if it stalls then you need a new alternator.

The problem is definitely related to the battery. You do not need to look at the starter at this point, nor anywhere else.
The reason for saying this is that when you attach the jumpers the vehicle starts and all you did was bypass the battery.
A voltmeter will give you the general condition of the battery, but it will not show its ability to provide starting amperage.
A load meter is the only way to do this, and a garage will have this tool. The check takes only two minutes and they should not charge much to do it for you.
Did you use a voltmeter to check the battery?
You said the battery has 12 volts, but a fully-charged battery should have 12.5 to 12.8 volts if it has been resting for a few hours, and a bit higher if the charging was just done.
Using a voltmeter will also show you if the battery is getting enough power to re-charge when the engine is running. It should get at least 12.8 volts, and this may vary depending on load and charge state of the battery.
Before doing that, note that dirty or loose terminals will cause the symptoms described, and they are the most probable source of concern, as well as the easiest fault to repair.
Remove the cables, clean the connectors and the battery posts, then coat with Vaseline or other petroleum jelly and re-assemble them. Do this with one cable at a time. Be sure to tighten them firmly.
This small job can easily be done at home and it should be your first step.

A 12V lead acid battery should actually be reading somewhere between 13 and 14 Volts. if you are only reading 12 then it's not fully charged. It's possible that the battery that you have is in good enough shape to power up the ignition and whatever else you have on when the engine is running and the alternator is there to help maintain the voltage, but when it comes time to start the engine it is not good enough.starting the engine is the most demanding chore that your battery powers. so you may need a new battery. take it somewhere to have it load tested. Many auto parts stores will do this for you free of charge.

Like I said the first time you asked this... It's probably a bad battery. The battery can read 12 volts and still not have enough amps to crank the starter. Other things to check would be the starter and solenoid, but since it does jump start, I'm betting it's the battery. Could be an alternator problem, but then it wouldn't run.

Make sure that the battery cable connections are clean and tight. If the battery is going dead between starts and yet tests OK along with the alternator, then something in the car is staying powered up with the key off and draining it. Look at the car after dark to make sure no courtesy lamps are staying on: That includes the glove box, trunk and underhood lamps. If any accessories have been recently installed, they are suspect.

Take your Blazer to Sears, they can hook it to their machine and check the battery and altenator. This (for free) will tell you what part or parts need to be replaced.
