How come it's okay to say a certain species of an animal is aggressive or a little more likely to attack someone, or be hostile...........yet..........You can not say that about a certain group of people, especially without being accused of being prejudice?

When you talk about species of animals, you're talking about genetic structures and makeup. You're talking about raw instinct and dietary requirements.

When you talk people you're talking about basically the same structures. But now, you also have history and societical values to consider. Given identical environmental factors there's just no empirical evidence that one race is more aggressive than another.

But it's entirely possible that some races develop more aggressive behaviours due to several factors. One is values. Some tribes, for instance, celebrated violence against other tribes with rites such as cannibalism and initiation ceremonies. Some religions perpetuate violence more than others.

Another factor is history. Some races have been abused and misused by other races so they become hostile. I suppose a comparison would be that some docile pets, when mistreated can become very aggressive, though their species may not be typically so.

So to say that statistically, one race is incarcerated more for violent behaviours may be fact. But to say they are more aggressive due to their genetic constitution is blatantly racist.

if you were to say the whole human species is aggressive that would be one thing.. black/white/yellow/red are not species of the human race.... If you have tangible statistically sound evidence that aggression is affected by skin color (not environment, not genes in any other way.. but color.. and is only a factor in that color i.e. other colors can't have that trait) then present it and let others draw their conclusion.. but I can promise you you have no such evidence.. only your opinions...

we have culture and abstract though.. makes us a lot harder to study than your common animal.

No matter what the animal rights advocates and lovers say, animals are just not humans. And until animals can communicate their thoughts in a way simple-minded humans can understand it will always be that way.

America has a problem accepting ideas that may provoke the more aggressive species of people...Aggressive people hate being called aggressive, and no one hates being called ignorant more than the uneducated...
Shhhh! Maybe if they don't see us, they'll go away!

Because the animals don't argue back or file law suits.
