Excellent question!
A year ago, I would have definitely said food with no calories. But since I've been losing weight anyway, the calories aren't really that big of a deal.
But now that I have such a wonderful Prince in my life, I need the calories to keep up with him and his libido! And chocolate can definitely be an aphrodisiac.
Speaking of burning calories, check out this website. It lists how many calories you can burn during different types of sexual "activities"...very funny, but informative...; )
