Im just curious to see what coaches people hold at the top of their list and at the bottom. Here's mine.

I respect the most: Tony Dungy: because hes doesn't rule his players like a dictator, treats his players fair and has alot of high character.

I respect the least: Mike Shanahan. I do not agree with what went down last year with Plummer. IMO he had a big mistake and treated Plummer very wrong. I lost all respect for the man when I learned he didn't even tell Plummer himself...

Respect: Tony Dungy- he doesnt curse he doesnt yell and he still wins games you have to respect that. the man lost his son and was still able to put together a superbowl season. the list goes on and on I dont have one thing bad to say about him

Least Respect: Boby Bowden- when your players break the rules and most of all the LAW its time to sit them but bobby plays them anyways he doesnt care about laws rules. all he cares about is winning and when you are a coach and dont care about the players you have lot of problems. as a college coach you are a father figure to the players. you have to punish them like you would of your own kids. im not saying bend them over your knee and spank them. im saying ... when rules are broken you punish them. my high school coach benched our best player in the middle of a state championship year. i guess that all i have to say about that.

Coach I respect the most: Mike Shanahan. He holds a high standard of winning, is fair, and is willing to take an educated gamble on a guy. He's willing to give a guy a second chance.

By the way, Mike Shanahan did not do Jake Plummer wrong. He told Jake Plummer why he was being benched. That was a false rumor that got circulated around. Mike and Jake had a conversation about the whole ordeal. And Mike told Jake why he replaced him with Cutler. Halfway through last season Jake the Snake had already thrown 11 interceptions!!! You can't win if the other team constantly has the ball! Besides, as much as I like Jake Plummer, Jake the Snake already knew his time in Denver was limited when they drafted Jay Cutler.

Jake Plummer was a good QB but he wasn't good enough to get the Broncos to the Super Bowl, which is what every team shoots for every single season! If you watched the AFC Championship between the Broncos and the Steelers you will know why Mike did what he did. Jake Plummer could not stop throwing the ball to the opposing team! If you are a quarterback and you throw as many or more interceptions as you do touchdowns, then you should be benched and replaced. This is not Pop Warner football where you have to play somebody to avoid any feelings getting hurt. This is the NFL. And an NFL coach's job is to give his team the best chance to win. Jake Plummer did not give Denver the best chance to win, so therefore, he was benched. PERIOD. If Jay Cutler turns out to be a bust, he will be benched too! THIS IS COMING FROM A HARDCORE DENVER BRONCOS FAN, WHO ACTUALLY LIKED JAKE PLUMMER!! GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT BEFORE YOU TALK TRASH.

Also, can't forget Tony Dungy, I just admire him because of his personality. Good man.

The Coach I respect the least: Bill Belichik. He and his players, coaches and everybody affiliated with the Patriots' organization including the fans are very low-class. When the Patriots lost to the Jets in a division game last season, Bill Belichik was so mad that he barely shook Eric Mangini's hand. JUST LIKE TOM BRADY AND THE REST OF THAT SHI*TY TEAM, CRIES LIKE A LITTLE BIT*H WHEN HE DOESN'T WIN OR THINGS DON'T GO HIS WAY!!!

BRONCOS 4 LIFE!!!

The most? Well here a few and why.
-Bill Belicheck, as was said earlier. I dont like the man but have to respect what he has done.
-Andy Reid, for having the courage to sit TO when he was acting a fool.
- Dick Vermeil, never a more passionate coach who cared.
-Jeff Fischer, who does more with less?
Now the least respected list
-Billick, just a lot of hot air. Yeah he has a ring and congrats but no personality.
-Mike Shanahan, with all the character problems, he just keeps taking the loose cannons, and promotes that cheap line blocking garbage
-Nick Saban, "I am not leaving Miami" , yeah right

honorable mention- Marvin Lewis, cant hold a players hand 24/7. Too bad the Bengal players dont police their own.
-Lovie Smith, even after a superbowl apperance, no love from his owner
-Tony Dungy, sad about his son, but still a great human being

Well in the league right now I'd probably say Dungy, ask a year ago I'd say Cowher(Steelers fan and I respected the passion he had for the game)
the Least, not real sure so many changes. I'd probably say Bellichick, I think his true colors started showing last year. People finally starting to realize who he is.
OK what is wrong with TURNING DOWN A JOB, I don't care if you are a Jets fan think of it as if it was any other team. Although wasn't he the one who took the job and then within 24 hours QUIT? Now if that is the case he was an a$$ about it but not if he turned it down.

i think, after questioning approximately it, I know coach Sean Payton, of the hot Orleans Saints, the final. i'm no longer a Saints fan, yet I only relatively like, relatively know, coach Payton. he's a comfortable guy, very rational and grounded, yet has the fiery pastime to desire to be triumphant and win video games. i think of my renowned element he did, grew to become into while Drew Brees first signed with the Saints, coach Payton pronounced that he'd permit Brees layout a sparkling playbook with him, in hopes it could paintings out. nicely did it ever! The Saints went directly to stand the Indianapolis Colts at great Bowl XLIV, which they gained for his or her first ever great Bowl victory. BQ: The coach I know the least is Rex Ryan. i'm useful there will be some people who agree, and others who do no longer, yet i could desire to declare I do like Ryan, I do exactly no longer know him.

haha guy above me is right. Belichick mgiht cheat on his wife... but who doesnt? Dungy basically killed his kid and wtf does he care right he was the first black to coach a superbowl. Big F_cking he won the superbowl Belichick won 3 as head coach and has put together one of the best teams in the free agent era. What decisions has Dungy made? Hmmm lets think... keep Payton Manning NO SH_T oh yeah and get the most clutch kicker in the game wow thats some mad coaching skills lets see how that works for him when his defense is HORRIBLE this year.

However, Belichick started Tom Brady in the post-season over the then proven starter Bledsoe when he returned back from injury. Everyone said he was a dumbass then. And look at Brady now. He also shipped Branches A$$ to the Seahawks for a 1st round that he later used to get Merriweather. When he lost the best clutch kicker in the game he didnt worry he started a ROOKIE who made every single post-season attempt. Look at his coordinators that are now head coaches.Yeah hes got three of them in the past 5 years. He mentors his guys so good he cant even hold on to him. And the second best post-season record of all time. Whats Dungys?

Andgirl if you loose all your respect for Shanahan over what happened with Plummer you dont understand football. He is alltime great NFL coach. Everyone knows Plummer was washed up. I think you need to go back a few years in Shanahans history and learn the real deal.

Oh yeah and Belichick worked his way up from a SPECIAL TEAMS CORDINATOR. When he got his head coach job he made the smart move and said F_CK the Jets.... and went with the new owner Kraft who sells out the ca$h for his players.

The most, Bill Belichick...Hands down, the best coach in the NFL, love him or hate him...People hate him just because he doesn't smile much...That is so lame...

The least, probably Brian Billick...Why the hell is this man still the coach of the Ravens?...Where have they gone with him?...Nowhere...

Other than Billick, everyone who has coached the Lions since Wayne Fontes, except Steve Mariucci...
