i dont know what to get my daughter shes 6 months.
what toys did your babys have around 6-8 months?
what did they like to do?
what specific toys did they like the most?
what did they like more a walker or those things you hand on the door border and they bounce?

I have twins and they love their walkers! They have since they were about 4 months old. They have a tray and are able to put hand toys out on the tray to give them something to do. It also allows them to learn to self feed from the tray when ready. I wouldn't recomend the things that go over the door b/c I've heard they cause back problems d/t the bouncing and little support.

The jumperoo.....my kid LOVES that toy. He also has an exersaucer but the jumperoo is by far his favorite. The doorway jumpers are ok but if you have the money try to splurge on the jumperoo especially if your baby seems interested in bouncing. They are safer and more fun, so it seems to me. I bought mine used off of craigslist or you could try ebay to save a little cash.
