Acually, politeness, respect and patiences our charateristics of a fully developed individual, so the problems your dealing with have nothing to do with the person's individuality as much as the person ability to deal with their own insecurities, or rether accept their own individuality. Understand that the ability to not only deal with conflict, but to control conflict comes from an individuals ability to understand and respect their own persceptions and understand the threat isn't to them at all, but to the betterment of the relationship. With this in mind a fully actualized person well do what they can to keep up the "peace" so to speck that way the lines of communication can stay open and productive. An individual who descides to be forceful, rude, or impatient with this interaction, have only own thing in mind, and thats proving themselves right. You've got some skill with the big words buddy, but its not that complicated.... also reread your stuff that was harder then my spill to understand.... still not sure if your saying this is because of a persons cultural values and weather this is a new problem or an old one getting worse...
