If you mean for mere emotional satisfaction that act of falling in love is more important than the sex you may have with a one night stand.
But...
The sex you have with the person you are committed to for the rest of your life is more important than how you two fell in love.
So when you're dating, looking for a partner to comitt to; love is more important.
When you're married sex is more important.
