Havent used drugs or alcohol for 25 years now and I loosen up with the best of them. I look out the window at the beautiful blue sky and the green trees and I regale in the smiles on peoples faces. The laughter of a child loosens me up too. There are many many things that do that and I remember them all afterward.

People would trey exercising more and use up their energies in a different way. Meditation is a good ay of calming yourself and sex also.
But if they did away with a drink tomorrow then think of all the more sober minded people there would be and less drink related violence.

Massage is a good way to loosen up. Listening to music is another way, dancing to it even better. That could lead to some sexy ways of loosening up.

depends on where your at and who you're with i think.
for example i like ravensgirl's answer, but it might be considered too loose at an office or birthday party. any type of physical activity should do the trick though.
