No way! She's acting like the whiny spoiled rich brat that she is. If any un-celebrities had done the same thing, the punishment would have been way worse.
Think if it was the other way around and something happened: If she was hit by a guy who was driving on a suspended license and was drunk of who had a history of drving drunk--you know damn well her family would freak out and be sueing people and trying to get them in jail. She shouldn't get special treatment. I hope that she ends up being somebody's ****** while she's locked up.

-She is just being a whinny rich person. A regular Joe will get the same punishment and an even worse one doing what she did. She can't expect to break the law and not get punnished for it. I think they are going too easy on her. -

She gets whatever she deserves. If some guy on the streets did same exact thing, he'd probably get the same exact sentence. I'm not even sure what exactly happened, but a courtroom gave her a sentence that is fair, and she's just not willing to accept it.

Whinny! Whinny! Whinny! What's cruel is that we still have to hear about her.

The only thing "cruel" about her sentence is that it won't teach her s**t. She'll come out of jail more popular than ever and will probably get a new season of the Simply Life out of this, Simply Life 4: Slammer Time.

She's being a whiny rich ***** because she has everybody else do everything for her, so the one time she has to accept responsibility (who in the hell that rich WOULDNT have somebody drive around for them in the first place, anyways?), she runs and hides because she doesnt want to "tarnish" her already-ruined image
