Do you mean sqrt(3) * sqrt(4)? This could also be written as sqrt(12) because when multiplying radicals, you can multiply the numbers inside the roots and put them under one radical.
If so, the sqrt(4) = 2 so it's 2 * sqrt(3)
sqrt(3) is a decimal and can't be simplified.
the answer would be 2sqrt(3)
