There are the various so-called grimoires or "grammars" of magic available. They can easily be found in translation. Most of these texts date from the 15th, 16th and 17th centuries, though there are older ones and some of these manuscripts may have even older originals but for now you can get the translations. The most popular ones are the Greater and Lesser Keys of Solomon. But they deal mainly with ceremonial magic and the goetia (one of the books of the lesser key) is about summoning spirits. They are also based in kabbalistic tradition.

Yes, there is are translations of ancient Greek-Egyptian magical papyri (scrolls) and tablets. Here are two books on the subject:

The Greek Magical Papyri in Translation: Including the Demotic Spells: Texts by Hans Dieter Betz (Editor)
"The Greek magical papyri" is a collection of magical spells and formulas, hymns, and rituals from Greco-Roman Egypt, dating from the second century B.C. to the fifth century A.D. Containing a fresh translation of the Greek papyri, as well as Coptic and Demotic texts, this new translation has been brought up to date and is now the most comprehensive collection of this literature, and the first ever in English.

Curse Tablets and Binding Spells from the Ancient World
by John G. Gager
In the ancient Greco-Roman world, it was common practice to curse or bind an enemy or rival by writing an incantation on a tablet and dedicating it to a god or spirit. These curses or binding spells, commonly called defixiones were intended to bring other people under the power and control of those who commissioned them. More than a thousand such texts, written between the 5th Century B.C.E. and the 5th Century C.E., have been discovered from North Africa to England, and from Syria to Spain. Extending into every aspect of ancient life--athletic and theatrical competitions, judicial proceedings, love affairs, business rivalries, and the recovery of stolen property--they shed light on a new dimension of classical study previously inaccessible. Here, for the first time, these texts have been translated into English with a substantial translator's introduction revealing the cultural, social, and historical context for the texts. This book will interest historians, classicists, scholars of religion, and those concerned with ancient magic.

Like spells and such? I don't think so but I've heard people talk about magic and spells, I don't know if they work, even if they did, it'd be like the protection, binding spells, no Harry Potter stuff, and from what I've heard, spells and stuff doesn't work.

If you read ancient languages and could gain access to the Vatican vaults you would find many books thought to have been destroyed in the years since Christianity came to power.

I agree with Terry
Any thing left of the real stuff is in the Vatican.
They have stolen lots of things from every culture and keep it hidden for their own power
