You live with it, sorry. The warranty is a legal contract that says they will repair defects to a vehicle that is serviced and maintained. You have a tough time holding them to a contract that you have not upheld.

If you take time to read the conditions of any cars warranty the are not worth the paper they are writen on you have to have it serviced by a dealer the paint work one a good one you have to to have it checked every year or warranty void if you put oil in that is not recomendened warranty void just sit and read they are not worth sh.....t

you may not have a leg to stand on as the terms of the warranty may insist that you have it serviced at the appropriate time.check your paper work you got with the car good luck

It depends what has failed. If it was something like the oil filter that would have been checked or replaced at service then tough luck. If it was something that isn't in the service schedule then you should be able to get it fixed.

kick yourself. servicing a car is essential, it costs money when things go wrong just because you wont spent £50 getting it serviced twice a year. you should get your car serviced wether its in a contract or not.
