Download Belarc Advisor. It's a free programme that will scan your computer and give you a comprehensive breakdown of the hardware and software contained therein. (This will identify the soundcard/audio chip.) You can then go to DriverGuide.com, where you'll need to register before you're allowed to download any drivers. (url below.)
DriverGuide contains, literally, hundreds of thousands of different drivers. The chances are they'll have one (or more) that will suit your motherboard.

Did you get that mobo from e-bay? Here's an interesting post on a forum about your mobo. Supposedly your mobo is a Mitac Camaro R+ OEM found in certain Compac computers.

Go to the manufactuers website and download the latest drivers. Old Drivers or not having any drivers at all can cause no sound. Drivers are simple to install, just like any program.
